Return & Refund Policy
Purchased items can be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. Returns must not exceed a maximum of 14 days.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
To be eligible for a refund, all items must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
Free of stains, odors, damage, or deformation
Returned in their original packaging
Original tags must remain attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Return Shipping and Fees
Free returns or exchanges are not provided unless there is a product quality issue or a shipping error.
Returns or exchanges requested based on personal preferences do not qualify for free return shipping or free replacement. These include, but are not limited to:
Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Personal style preferences
Ordering the wrong item
Color variations caused by display/monitor settings
Measurement variations within a reasonable tolerance range
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the received item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or an error directly caused by shipping damage.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide the following information:

A description of the issue
Required Photos: A clear photo of the delivered package/parcel
Photos showing the front and back of the product
Close-up photos showing the details of the quality issue
Once reviewed and verified, we will provide an appropriate solution based on the actual situation.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
